Use a confirmation-first checklist
Routes, timing, suppliers, equipment, inclusions and availability vary. A useful enquiry separates what the visitor wants from what the responsible provider has actually confirmed.
- identify the yacht or size you want checked;
- state the preferred date, time, duration and guest count;
- list optional requests separately instead of assuming they are included;
- ask for the current price, operating details and applicable terms;
- rely only on the final written confirmation for booking-specific facts.
